Flooding and mudslides caused by Hurricane Agatha left at least 9 people dead in Mexico’s southern state of Oaxaca, officials said Wednesday.
Agatha made landfall Monday afternoon as a Category 2 hurricane, hitting the small fishing villages and beach resorts on the Oaxaca coast.
